YM09 is a perfect option for ABS training. A pre-shaped form of the mat allows you to extend the scope of movement during your exercise.
The mat is made of foam, which adapts snugly to the curved shape of your spine. Thus, we relieve the lumbar spine. That is why the exercise performed will be as safe as possible and we will not be at risk of injuries. The mat unfolds to provide support also for the upper back section during the workout.
Anti-slip material ensures that the mat does not slide during the training.
The mat is very handy which means we can take it anywhere.
