MGL250 HMS is 100% magnesium carbonate or, in other words, magnesia.
Magnesia prevents hands from sweating and increases friction, assuring a stronger and more secure grip. Used in the gym, where sweaty hands can cause a risk of an injury. Thanks to it, when using dumbbells or a barbell we do not have to worry about possible slippery equipment.
MGL250 is liquid magnesium. Using it is very simple, just spread it on your hands and wait until it dries. It takes a while. Its advantage over diced or powdered magnesium is that it leaves no traces and it does not soil the equipment around us.
It is also used in gymnastics, climbing and any sport where a firm, strong grip is essential.
